Roobet General Terms and Definitions

This section outlines the general operational rules that apply to all customers using Roobet’s services in Canada. These provisions cover eligibility, account use, bet acceptance, and the rights retained by Roobet in maintaining a fair and secure betting environment.

Eligibility and Jurisdiction

Only individuals who have reached the legal age of majority in their province or territory of residence are permitted to register an account and place bets. Customers are solely responsible for confirming that participation in online betting and gaming services is allowed under the laws applicable to their location. Roobet reserves the right to restrict or deny access to residents of jurisdictions where such services are not permitted.

Account Use and Bet Acceptance

Each customer may hold one active account. Access credentials must not be shared, transferred, or used by anyone other than the account holder. Roobet reserves the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any bet where an error in odds, stake limits, or event information has occurred, where fraud or collusion is suspected, or where technical issues have affected the accuracy of the offer.

Once placed, a bet constitutes acceptance of these Rules and any additional terms applicable to the specific market or promotion.

Settlement, Void Bets, and Payments

Bets are settled based on the official outcome of the relevant event or game. Roobet may void a bet, in whole or in part, where the integrity of the event is in question, where a customer has violated these Rules, or where a technical or pricing error has occurred. Winnings are paid to the customer’s account balance once settlement has been confirmed, subject to verification procedures described elsewhere in these Terms.

Suspicious Activity and Match-Fixing

Roobet monitors betting patterns for signs of irregular activity, including suspected match-fixing, collusion, or exploitation of technical errors. Where such activity is identified, Roobet reserves the right to suspend affected accounts, withhold payments, void related bets, and report findings to the relevant sporting bodies, regulators, or law enforcement authorities.

Liability and Amendments

Roobet’s liability in connection with any bet is limited to the value of the stake placed, except where required otherwise by applicable law. These Rules may be amended at any time, with changes taking effect upon publication on the platform. Continued use of the services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the amended Rules.

Stake Limits and Odds

Minimum and maximum stake limits are set at Roobet’s discretion and may vary by market, event, or customer account. Odds displayed at the time of bet placement reflect the terms of that specific transaction; however, odds and stake limits are subject to change without prior notice, and any bet accepted under materially incorrect odds may be adjusted or voided.

Bet Acceptance and Finality

A bet is considered accepted once confirmed by the platform and reflected in the customer’s account history. Accepted bets are final and cannot be altered by the customer, except where a Cash Out or similar feature is available and used before the event concludes.

Void Bets and Event Postponement

Roobet reserves the right to void a bet where an error in pricing, event information, or market setup has occurred, where the outcome was already known at the time of placement, or where the customer has violated applicable rules. If an event is postponed, cancelled, or abandoned before Regular Time concludes, affected bets are voided and stakes returned, unless otherwise specified in the rules specific to that market.

Winnings Calculation

Winnings are calculated based on the stake, the odds confirmed at bet placement, and the final outcome of the event or game. Settlement is processed once the official result has been confirmed by the relevant data source or game engine.

Cash Out and Auto Cash Out

Where available, Cash Out allows a customer to settle a bet before the event concludes, at a value determined by Roobet based on current market conditions. Auto Cash Out allows a customer to set a predefined threshold for automatic settlement. Availability, pricing, and any restrictions on these features are determined solely by Roobet and may be withdrawn or modified without prior notice.

This section addresses account registration, identity verification, and the handling of deposits and withdrawals on the platform.

Registration and Account Security

Each customer is permitted to hold only one account with Roobet. Duplicate accounts, whether created intentionally or otherwise, may be closed, with associated funds and bets subject to review. Customers must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials.

Identity Verification

Roobet may require customers to complete Roobet verification, commonly referred to as Know Your Customer (KYC) checks, before withdrawals are processed. This may include proof of identity, proof of address, and confirmation of payment method ownership. Failure to complete verification when requested may result in delayed or restricted access to funds.

Prohibited Activities

Customers must not use the platform for fraudulent purposes, misuse promotional offers, coordinate with other accounts to gain an unfair advantage, or provide false information at any stage of registration or account use. Any violation of these provisions may result in suspension, restriction, or closure of the account.

Deposits and Withdrawals

Account Suspension and Investigations

Findings from such investigations may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of related funds, in accordance with applicable Terms.
